- for machine wash, use a laundry bag on a gentle 30°C cycle
- wash similar colors together
- air dry in shade, avoid sunlight and tumble dryers
- store flat or folded

- avoid bleach, softeners, and harsh chemicals
- avoid squeezing, press gently with a towel

1. Eligibility
For hygiene reasons, underwear and lingerie are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to offer an exchange at no extra cost.

Note: the item must be unwashed, unworn, and otherwise in its original condition.

2. Procedure
Contact our team via social media with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

3. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for: Worn, used or unsealed items.

4. Order Inspection
You can preview your order upon delivery (no try-ons allowed due to the intimate nature of our products).
If the order is refused, the delivery fee must be paid.

ملاحظة: يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير مغسول وفي حالته الأصلية تمامًا

يمكنك معاينة الطلب أثناء وجود المندوب (دون تجربة أو لبس المنتجات، نظرًا للطبيعة الحميمية لها)
في حال رفض استلام الطلب، يجب دفع رسوم التوصيل
